In some moment of life, person can be in life or work situation where they struggle to find answers on how to go further, have some dilemmas, looking for clarity. My journey to mentoring, coaching, councelling started with my own interest to find answers in me for myself and more important how to help others to achieve the same. 

I am mother of 2 daughters, wife and manager/consultant  at work. I have worked in Human Resources area as Recruiter, Head of People, People Partner and manager.  My passion is to see and help people  to grow, develop in organisations as well is personal field. 

I have done ICF certified Solution Focused Coach training. I have also complemented my knowledge in co-vision  and several Udemy trainings on Life Coaching, NLP etc. The main aim has been to help others to find answers to their life concerning topics - either work, relations or dilemmas.
