Covision (co-visioning) is a method that is suitable for teams doing similar work or people working/operating in the same field to solve different professional or personal situations. In addition to solving situations, covision creates an opportunity for individual and group reflection.

 

During covision session the solutions come from the other group members to solve the topic under discussion. 

Group size is best 5-12 persons.
