Mentoring is based on a partnership of learning and development, where one party has experience and the other wants to learn. During mentoring, the focus is on the mentee's strategically important goals and the acquisition of knowledge, skills and values ​​that support their achievement.

Mentoring provides an opportunity to ask for advice and feedback - the stories of the mentor and the mentee come together to creat something new! In the case of mentoring, it is good to have set  of meetings, which allows you to share advice based on experiences and also track implementation of them.

My strengths as a mentor are especially in the field of people management and human resources topics, but also I can provide assistance in finding one's way.

 

In order to reach the goals during mentoring, there should be at least 3 sessions, preferably 6. The first step would be a free chat (approx. 30 min) to specify the topic and to find out if I could be of help to you.

 

The price of a mentoring session ranges from 75-125 euros, depending on the number of sessions and the topic.
