Very often we forget ourselves in our daily activities that need to be done, our attention and also cause worry, negativity, irritability and responsibilities at certain moments. In this case, we can forget to find something good even on a day when things are not going so well.
We all have bad days and good days. Worries more and brighter. Sadder and happier. More serious and joyful. And that's natural. We are all human :).
When you're at a low point, it can feel like everything, absolutely everything is bad. If something is bad at work, we bring that bad feeling home with us, and vice versa - if something is not as good at home, it comes with you to work, school, socializing.
So what to do in such a situation? Short answer - think positive. What does it mean? If something is bad, there is definitely something else that is good next to it. In my case, it works if you make a Gratitude List - that is, thank you for what you are good at.
3 steps to move forward:
- Be greatiful for what you have - for example, I am grateful that I have a home, I have good relationships, I have a job, that it is a beautiful day today.
- Find something good in every day, notice it in you and others and don't forget to tell them too.
- When there is a problem, don't think about the problem, but how it is overcome - for example, I know that in a month it will be over.
Don't we all sometimes forget to focus on the problem, instead of thinking how to solve it, or parts of them, also pass in time.
