Picture can be understood differently

The first connection - I have seen it many times in my childhood - it happened when the programs ended and it was accompanied by a long and annoying signal - that meant, you had to turn off the TV. But this time there was just silence.

Another connection - it has a lot of information that can be interpreted one way or another. The daughter looked at it and asked why there is no number 1 here? I was disappointed at first, why did this picture come up just now, when I was enjoying my movie. Secondly, I had an interesting idea that if this picture is explained by someone, several different explanations will  arise from it. For me onve version, big circle in the middle - and four supporting circles next to it - ie me and my different roles, or vision and sub-visions.

When we communicate with people, or look at a picture - our own interpretation of who he/she could be,  arises in our head at once based on your subconscious mind. Generally, we classify people according to our views - wears a suit, works in a bank; works in the IT field, is closed; drives a fancy car, is rich; etc.

BUT WHAT IS REALITY - in order to find out who the person behind this initial assessment really is, you have to get to know the person. And the best would be without your own prejudices. One of the rules of coaching is that every person is OK, every person has his own wisdom, the recommendations of others may not suit him, even if he initially wants to hear them. During coaching, a person is helped to find answers within himself, through questioning and reflection.

A couple of reminders:

1) first listen to person, be interested in him/her

2) we are all one of a kind :) and we actually know what we want

3) we are all OK
